New · Remote MCP server for AI assistants
The ValueCore MCP server connects your AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Salesforce Agentforce — to your ValueCore account. Find a business case, read its inputs and assumptions, update values, and turn the result into a share link or a PowerPoint without leaving the conversation.
What you can ask
Every request maps to ValueCore tools that run on your behalf. Reading and writing are separate tools, so you or your admin decide which ones your assistant may use — and in assistants that support approvals, you confirm each write, share or export before it runs.
“Use the ValueCore list_visualizers tool to list my recent business cases with their names and links. Do not change anything.”
“For the business case I selected, show the current inputs and calculated outputs in its ROI section. Explain the assumptions and include the link to open it in ValueCore.”
“Help me create a business case named Acme Evaluation. First list the suitable ValueCore models and ask me to select one. Then show the proposed inputs and ask me to confirm.”
“Export the reviewed business case to PowerPoint once. Check the existing export job until it completes and return its download link.”
18 tools
Each connection acts as a ValueCore user. In Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, that's the person who signs in, and existing business cases are limited to their own records. Salesforce Agentforce connects through one designated ValueCore user that the whole agent shares.
Setup
ValueCore is a remote MCP server. Add it once in your assistant, sign in with the ValueCore account you already use, and run a quick identity check. Menus differ by assistant — see where it goes in yours below.
Add ValueCore as a custom connector, app or tool in your assistant. Paste the server URL exactly as shown, including /mcp/sse. The same URL serves Streamable HTTP and SSE — choose Streamable HTTP if asked.
Your assistant opens the ValueCore sign-in page on api.visualize-roi.com. Use your usual username and password. On single sign-on, create a personal access token under MCP Server Access in your account menu and paste it in. Never use an Organization API Key.
Start a new chat with ValueCore turned on and ask:
“Use only the ValueCore whoami tool. Tell me my ValueCore user name and organization name. Do not create, update, share, or export anything.”
Choose your assistant
Where you add ValueCore, who can use it, and how people sign in depend on the assistant.

An admin adds ValueCore once — in Claude Organization settings, a ChatGPT workspace or Copilot Studio — and each member signs in with their own ValueCore account, so access always matches what that person already sees in ValueCore.
Add the connector for the whole organization, then choose which tools are allowed to match company policy. Members can set stricter permissions for themselves.
Every employee authorizes with their own ValueCore login or personal access token. There is no shared identity and no administrator view of everyone's records.
Exception: Salesforce Agentforce runs as one designated ValueCore user, so limit that user's access to match.
Role-based access, data policies and connector permissions in your AI platform work as usual. When someone leaves, remove access in both the platform and ValueCore, and treat a personal access token like a password.
